Readers' Choice Winner: LightSpeed Martial Arts Academy

Receiving 116 votes in the contest, LightSpeed offers classes at every level in the art of Martial Arts, including Tae Kwon Do and Kung Fu. The academy offers classes for children as young as 3 to adults, and there is even a family class where the entire family can learn together. Fitness kickboxing and Pilates are also options at LightSpeed.

Patch reader Saul Berkowitz commented on the contest page that, “LightSpeed is the best Martial Arts gym in Scotts Valley. Period. You won't find a better place for Tae Kwon Do for kids and adults.”

In fact, I started the adult classes this past October and am loving it as much as he does! All of the instructors and staff are incredibly knowledgeable, skilled, encouraging, supportive, motivating, and just all around good people.”
