Girl Scouts to Hold Car Wash For Japan Tsunami Relief

Troop 11234 will be at St. Philip's on Sunday washing cars to raise money.

Scotts Valley Girl Scout Troop 11234 will be holding a car wash on Sunday to raise funds for Japan Tsunami Relief. Each month the girls plan different activities and for May they decided to do a service project to help the victims of the March 11 earthquake and tsunami that devastated Japan.

The car was is at St. Philip’s Episcopal Church, 5271 Scotts Valley Dr., from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. The Girl Scouts are asking for donations and all proceeds will go toward Japan Tsunami Relief.
