Nearly 2K PG&E Customers in the Dark Due to Outage

Power outages impacted approximately 1,942 Pacific Gas & Electric customers in Scotts Valley late Monday afternoon, according to the PG&E outage map and accounts from people in Scotts Valley.

Two separate outages were reported at 5:45 p.m. toward the north end of Scotts Valley. An hour later, there was no word on the cause of the blackouts or how long it may take to get power restored.

The outages impacted some businesses. For example, Club One Fitness on Enterprise Way, off Highway 17, canceled evening classes and closed its doors.
