This weekend, there are plenty of houses open for viewing in Scotts Valley.

The median price of the homes open this weekend is $992,475, with the lowest priced home going for $489,950 and the most expensive listed at $1,495,000. The average square footage is 2,335 at an average of $397 per square foot.

So if you are in the market for a new home, or just curious as to what is for sale around you, browse the table below and get to house hunting!

We live off of Scotts Valley Drive. There is a person that drives up and down Scotts Valley Drive…Read More quite often. He has a dog that rides in the back of his pickup truck. The dog barks as he is riding and sounds like he is just in heaven going for those rides. We want to tip our hat to this man for being such a good dog parent. We look forward to hearing those barks of excitement for many moons to come. Right on sir! And keep on being the good parent you are.
