But some of the most expensive houses on the market in Scotts Valley are more than just beautiful. They scream star power. It's hard to believe some of these are right here in our little town.
The top-listed home on the market in Scotts Valley has a massive asking price of $6.8 million. It has five bedrooms, eight bathrooms, 6,800 square feet, 2.5 acres and was built in 1955. It sits on the tenth fairway at the Pasatiempo Country Club.
The second most expensive home for sale in town is less than half the asking price of the first, at 2.999 million. It has 365 degree views, a pool, three bedrooms, three bathrooms and 3,156 square feet.
