Fugitive Friday: Scotts Valley

Local law enforcement agencies have come together and are asking for the public's help in locating some of the county's most wanted. Have you seen any of this week's fugitives? If so, contact your local law enforcement agency.

Nerdina Downard
AGE: 35
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 1 inch tall and 105 pounds with black hair and hazel eyes.
HOME: Scotts Valley
WARRANT: Felony drug possession. She was arrested in March 2011 for possessing methamphetamine then missed court. She has a second warrant for the same offense from the Sheriff's Office.

SHERIFF'S OFFICE
Felix Casillas
AGE: 30
DESCRIPTION: 6 feet, 1 inch tall and 190 pounds with brown hair and hazel eyes.
HOME: Watsonville
WARRANT: Parolee at large. He is on parole for domestic violence and has an extensive violent criminal history. He is considered armed, dangerous and a threat to public safety. 

Veronica Carrillo Solorio
AGE: 27
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 3 inches tall and 120 pounds with black hair and brown eyes
HOME: Watsonville
WARRANT: Possessing stolen property and narcotics. She was arrested in a stolen vehicle and had drugs.

George Martinez Jr.
AGE: 24
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 9 inches tall and 200 pounds with black hair and brown eyes
HOME: Watsonville
WARRANT: Possessing an illegal weapon and drugs for sale. He was arrested and convicted of those charges, but absconded and is now wanted.

SANTA CRUZ POLICE
Mark Garroway
AGE: 45
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 11 inches tall and 175 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.
HOME: Santa Cruz
WARRANT: Domestic violence. He is wanted for an incident back in September 2010.
