SCOTTS VALLEY POLICE
Karrie Ann Chestnut, AKA Karrie Evans
AGE: 44
DESCRIPTION: 5-foot-8 and 125 pounds with blond hair and green eyes.
HOME: Boulder Creek
WARRANT: Embezzlement. She allegedly forged signatures and cashed checks from the Santa Cruz County Adult Protective Services in 2007.

SANTA CRUZ POLICE
Kevin Allen
AGE: 45
DESCRIPTION: 5-foot-7 and 220 pounds with black dreadlocks and brown eyes
HOME: Santa Cruz
WARRANT: Parole violation. He is on parole for a felony sexual battery conviction
and is a registered sex offender.

CAPITOLA POLICE
Mark Medokowich
AGE: 26
DESCRIPTION: 6-foot-1 and 150 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes.
HOME: Transient in Santa Cruz County
WARRANT: Drug possession and forgery. He was arrested on suspicion of having drugs and trying to cash a bad check, then failed to show up for court.

WATSONVILLE POLICE
Honorato Reyes Rincon
AGE: 25
DESCRIPTION: 5-foot-7 and 140 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes
HOME: Watsonville
WARRANT: Gun possession and gang participation. In 2009, Rincon was arrested for allegedly having a loaded gun but was released from custody pending DNA testing by the state Department of Justice. Now he's wanted.

SHERIFF'S OFFICE
Troy Martin
AGE: 31
DESCRIPTION: 5-foot-6 and 130 pounds with brown hair and green eyes
HOME: Watsonville
WARRANT: Felony drug possession. His arrest warrant stems from a 2009 investigation.
