SCOTTS VALLEY POLICE
Adam Joshua Thomas

AGE: 29
DESCRIPTION: 6-foot tall and 180 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes
HOME: Scotts Valley
WARRANT: DUI. He was arrested for driving drunk in July 2010 and didn't show up to court. He also has two prior DUI convictions.

WATSONVILLE POLICE
Jorge Ramirez Melgosa
AGE: 49
DESCRIPTION: 5-foot-10 with brown hair and brown eyes
HOME: Watsonville
WARRANT: Brandishing a weapon. Last year, he walked into a restaurant kitchen and demanded service. When he was told to leave, he threatened the cook with a large knife.

SHERIFF'S OFFICE
Javier Bugarin Garcia
AGE: 20
DESCRIPTION: 5-foot-6 and 150 pounds with black hair and brown eyes
HOME: Watsonville, the last time cops knew
WARRANT: Burglary and theft. He allegedly broke into a house, then stole a laptop and other items. He also is suspected of stealing a wallet at Cabrillo College. A judge released him on his own recognizance, but now he has missed court.

SANTA CRUZ POLICE
Marquise Brock
AGE: 22
DESCRIPTION: 5-foot-9 and 150 pounds with black hair and brown eyes
HOME: Unknown
WARRANT: Parole violation and domestic violence. He is on parole for having a concealed gun and is a suspect in a Santa Cruz Police Department domestic violence case.

CAPITOLA POLICE
Pinto Angel
AGE: 34
DESCRIPTION: 5-foot-6 and 160 pounds with black hair and brown eyes
HOME: Homeless
WARRANT: Vehicle theft and DUI. He missed court.
