SCOTTS VALLEY POLICE
Fernando Moreno
AGE: 22
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 3 inches, 150 pounds with black hair and brown eyes
HOME: Castroville
WARRANT: Grand theft and battery. In 2008, he entered a U-Save Liquors and stole more than $400 in alcohol. He punched an employee in the face when he was confronted. He failed to appear in court for this offense and a warrant was issued for his arrest.

SANTA CRUZ POLICE
Anthony Stevens
AGE: 40
DESCRIPTION: 6-feet tall, 225 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes
HOME: Santa Cruz
WARRANT: Felony theft. He is currently wanted for theft related warrants. He has been arrested several times in downtown Santa Cruz.

CAPITOLA POLICE
Edgar Martinez-Palma
AGE: 24
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 6 inches, 165 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes
HOME: Soquel
WARRANT: Domestic Violence. He was arrested after assaulting his girlfriend. He has failed to comply with the terms set forth by the courts and a warrant has been issued.

WATSONVILLE POLICE
Porfirio Melgoza
AGE: 30
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 11 inches, 185 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes
HOME: Unknown
WARRANT: Domestic violence. He battered his girlfriend earlier in the year and a warrant has been issued for his arrest.

Sheriff’s Office
Isaac Hinkle
AGE: 27
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 10 inches tall, 160 pounds with brown hair and blue eyes
HOME: San Lorenzo Valley
WARRANT: Burglary, grand theft auto and narcotics. He absconded while pending charges. He has not been contacted by law enforcement in several years and may be using an alias to avoid arrest.
