WATSONVILLE POLICE
Jose Amador Minguela
AGE: 44
DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 7 inches tall and 180 pounds with black hair and brown eyes
HOME: Watsonville
WARRANT: Failing to register as a sex offender. Minguela is a convicted sex offender who is suppose to check in with police and he hasn't.

DESCRIPTION: 5 feet, 10 inches tall and 165 pounds with brown hair and green eyes

WARRANT: Drug possession. He is a parolee-at-large with two warrants.
