Man Exposes Himself to Teenage Girl

Police are asking for the public’s help in identifying a man who exposed himself to a teenage girl as she walked in a Scotts Valley neighborhood on Friday evening.

The 15-year-old girl was walking on Estrella Drive in the Whispering Pines neighborhood at approximately 6:12 p.m. when the incident occurred.

A small black car, described as being dirty and in poor condition, was parked near the intersection of Estrella Drive and Caliente Drive. As the girl walked past the driver’s side of the car, a man opened the door. The girl looked toward the man and saw that he was masturbating. The girl then ran away and the car sped away.

The man did not say anything to the girl or try to get her into his vehicle.

He is described as being a white male, between 26 to 28 years old, and overweight with black hair.

Scotts Valley Police have not received any other reports of similar incidents and are asking for the public’s help in finding the man.
