Thanks, Matthew. I wondered how he had aged so rapidly since last August when he was reported as being 20, but I just went with the media log today. As a solo editor, I appreciate your bringing this to my attention.

Regardless of age, he has some major problems and appears to becoming a problem for society, and not just himself.

Bagg was arrested in front of the downtown Safeway store last month (June 2012), also. If I recall correctly, he was arrested for being drunk in public, probation violation, and had a glass pipe on him at that time, as well.

Actually, Chuck, Mr. Bragg is providing gainful employment for a lot of people in Law Enforcement. And their salaries have a trickle down, positive money multiplier effect for the rest of the community, And, they also in turn pay taxes. On and on and on. So you see, Chuck, no one ownes money. One simply enjoys temporary custody of it. Mr. Bragg is to quote Reggie Jackson...'the straw that stirs the drink'. Perhaps Mr. Bragg ought to be assigned to work for the Fed to resolve his current charges. He couldn't do any worse. Maybe he could work as lobbyist influencing Congress instead. Nah, that is not a healthy environment for someone in recovery.... One serious question: how many times has he been assigned to and failed to complete a DD program?
