A 21-year-old Napa man was arrested Monday evening on suspicion of possessing a controlled substance after a probation search turned up suspected methamphetamine, according to a shift activity log from the City of Napa Police Department:
On 7/2/12 at approximately 1825 hours, officers saw Joshua Bagg (22 yrs)/see comments-editor in the area of D Street Alley and York Street. Bagg was known to be on probation with search and seizure terms.
Officers conducted a probation search and found Bagg in possession of a glass smoking pipe used to ingest methamphetamine and a small quantity of suspected methamphetamine.
Bagg was booked at the following his arrest, police said. Arrest information does not indicate a conviction.
