Deputies in boats, paddle boards and dive suits ringed the concrete ship at Seacliff State Beach Wednesday looking for Nathan Phillips, the 17-year-old high school student who disappeared Dec. 2.
His Trek bicycle was found by a State Park ranger Thursday outside the park.
He told the family he was "going off on an adventure" with limited supplies on his bicycle. He hasn't been heard from since.
He's 5 feet 7 inches tall and weighs 125 pounds.
