Police Blotter

One DUI and petty thefts were the top police calls this week.

On Nov. 14 at 3:04 a.m. on Scotts Valley Drive—A man disobeyed a court restraining order, and was contacted in a vehicle with the protected party. The male recieved a misdemeanor citation and was escorted from the area. 

On Nov. 16 at 9:20 a.m. on Civic Center Drive—A misdemeanor was given to an indivudal who used another person's ID. 

On Nov. 16 at 6:30 p.m. on Mt Hermon Road—a driver was stopped and appeared to be intoxicated. After failing a sobriety test, he was arrested for driving under the influence of a controlled substance and alcohol.

On Nov. 18 at 8:56 a.m. on Skypark Drive—A report was filed by a woman whose daughter told her that her cell phone was possibly taken from her backpack while she played soccer. 

On Nov. 18 at 7:28 on Mt. Hermon Road—A woman was arrested for taking perfume and earings from a store without paying for them. Store loss prevention was contacted a citizen arrest was made outside of the store.

Nov. 18 12:00 p.m. on Lockewood Lane—A resident of Oak Tree Villa Retiremant Home was a victim of a burglary. An unknown suspect entered the victim's apartment and stole money from her purse. No arrests have been made.
