Police Blotter: Battery, DUI, Theft

The following arrest information was supplied by the Scotts Valley Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

On Sept. 17 at 11:45 a.m. on Scotts Valley Drive–A man said he was receiving threatening phone calls at his business.

On Sept. 18 at 6:01 p.m. on Scotts Valley Drive–A storeroom in a business was broken into.

On Sept. 19 at 10:50 a.m. on Scotts Valley Drive–A woman showed up at her mother’s residence and refused to leave despite being asked to. The woman pushed her mother.

On Sept. 19 at 4:43 p.m. on La Madrona Drive–A DUI driver crashed into a building at Scotts Valley Corners.

On Sept. 20 at 3:35 p.m. on Glenwood Drive–An iPhone was stolen out of a locker at Scotts Valley High School.

On Sept. 21 at 12:22 p.m. on Skypark Drive–A car crashed through the gate onto Linear Park.

On Sept. 21 at 12:47 p.m. on Mt. Hermon Road–Two men were panhandling and being aggressive toward women.

On Sept. 21 at 2:23 p.m. on Mt. Hermon Road–A woman said a man was tailgating her so she hit her brakes and he hit her from behind. The woman said the man was being aggressive toward her and calling her names.

On Sept. 21 at 7:13 p.m. on Trammel Way–A person called to report that she heard her neighbor’s child “whaling” and then sounds of smacks.

On Sept. 22 at 3:29 a.m. on Civic Center Drive–A person exited a cab without paying the driver.

On Sept. 22 at 3:58 a.m. on Whispering Pines Drive–A three-car accident occurred as the result of a DUI driver.

On Sept. 22 10:03 a.m. on Bean Creek Road–A bike was stolen from Scotts Valley Middle School.

On Sept. 22 at 3:43 p.m. on Woodhill Drive–A woman’s ex-boyfriend entered her residence through the back door and was upset to find another man there.

On Sept. 22 at 3:46 p.m. on Victor Square–A man took three pieces of chicken and ribs from Scotts Valley Market and put them down his pants and left the store without paying.

On Sept. 23 at 3:30 p.m. on Kings Village Road–A scooter was taken from behind a fence.

On Sept. 23 at 5:33 p.m. on Glenwood Drive–A fight broke out in the stands at the football field at Scotts Valley High School between two men.
