Police Blotter: DUI, Battery, Disorderly Conduct

The following arrest information was supplied by the Scotts Valley Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

On Oct. 3 at 9:27 p.m. on Enterprise Way–A woman was arrested and booked for DUI after she was reported to be driving into obstacles in a parking lot. She had a suspended driver’s license and was on probation for a recent DUI conviction. She was also drinking from an open container of alcohol while driving.

On Oct. 3 at 11:54 p.m. on Mt. Hermon Road and La Madrona Drive–A vehicle was stopped for expired registration and the driver was found to have a suspended license. The driver was issued a misdemeanor citation.

On Oct. 6 at 8:57 p.m. on Cadillac Drive–A woman claimed she was punched in the eye while she was sleeping. She did not see the person she suspected of hitting her commit the battery but she had a blood blister on her right eye. The suspect denied assaulting the woman.

On Oct. 8 at 3:06 a.m. on Highway 17 and Mt. Hermon Road–A 19-year-old was arrested and booked for DUI with a BAC of .12 percent and violation of his probation. A female passenger was also arrested for public intoxication. Marijuana and alcohol were seized from the car.

On Oct. 8 at 9:59 p.m. on Navigator Drive–An unknown person made repeated harassing phone calls to another person.

On Oct. 8 at 10:40 p.m. on Civic Center Drive–A woman was arrested for public intoxication and obstruction of justice when she was contacted regarding a reported physical fight between her and her boyfriend.
