Police Blotter: Possession, Battery, Disorderly Conduct

The following arrest information was supplied by the Scotts Valley Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

On Dec. 13 at 10:32 a.m. on Kings Village Road–Officers responded to a medical call of an unconscious person at the transit center. The person was intoxicated and unable to care for herself. She was transported to Dominican Hospital, medically cleared and booked at County Jail.

On Dec. 14 at 11:55 p.m. on Blueberry Court–A fight broke out between multiple people. One person was struck with a stick in the head causing a laceration.

On Dec. 15 at 11:51 a.m. on Civic Center Drive–Officers responded to a residence after getting a report of a break in. A man was arrested for vandalism and brandishing a knife.

On Dec. 15 at 11:49 a.m. on Glenwood Drive–A juvenile female was arrested for possessing marijuana at school. She was booked at Juvenile Hall.

On Dec. 17 at 12:59 a.m. on Mt. Hermon Road–Officers stopped a vehicle for a traffic violation and smelled burnt marijuana coming from inside. They conducted a consent search and found marijuana and an open container of alcohol. The 18-year-old driver was cited and released.
