Update: New Sketch Released of Public Masturbator

Detectives this week released a sketch of the man who followed two 16-year-old girls in Seascape and masturbated in front of them Saturday afternoon.

Investigators suspect the indecent exposure case could be related to similar incidents in Watsonville on Friday and in Scotts Valley in September.

In Seascape, the man was described as white, in his late 20s with brown hair and a short beard, wearing a black T-shirt. He was driving a black Toyota sedan.

"There's been other similars," sheriff's deputy April Skalland said. "We want to make it known to the public."

A fourth possibly related incident happened Tuesday near Manfre Road and Buena Vista Drive, north of Watsonville, when a girl reported a black sedan following her. However, no one exposed himself to the girl, Skalland said.

"There are all these things going on, we just want to make the public aware," she said.

The Watsonville victims—a teenage girl and two women—described him as a white male in his late 20's to early 30's, with blonde or light brown hair and a beard and chubby. He driving a stock 2006-2008 black Toyota Camry or Corolla four door with a gold metal embalm and a possible partial California license plate number: 5K_ _ _ _ _, Watsonville police said.

In Scotts Valley, he was described as being a white male, between 26 to 28 years old, and overweight with black hair.

Investigators ask that anyone with information about the indecent exposure cases call the Santa Cruz County Sheriff’s Office dispatch at 471-1121.
