Watsonville Man Pleads Not Guilty to Indecent Exposure in Scotts Valley

Noah Holt, 21, was arrested on Nov. 21 on charges that included indecent exposure and possession of child porn.

A 21-year old Watsonville man pleaded not guilty to exposing himself to teen girls in three separate incidents in Scotts Valley in Santa Cruz County Superior Court on Monday.

Noah Holt was arrested on Nov. 21 on suspicion of indecent exposure, sexual battery, harassing or annoying a minor and possession of child pornography on his Watsonville home computer.

Holt works as a security guard in Scotts Valley, where he is also suspected of groping a girl, reported the Santa Cruz Sentinel.

After posting a $50,000 bail, he is out of custody, with his next hearing scheduled for Jan. 28.

In the meantime, Judge Ariadne Symons has forbidden Holt from possessing “any visual descriptions of sexual conduct” despite the age of who is being depicted, reported the Sentinel.
