  • The council will consider granting an affordable housing loan to Habitat for Humanity for a project consisting of three, three-bedroom townhomes on Blake Lane. Habitat is requesting a $300,000 loan from the city’s Redevelopment Agency. On March 17, the Redevelopment Agency agreed to provide $300,000 to subsidize the project. Habitat is now seeking the loan to help get construction started.
  • The council will consider putting together a workshop to discuss updating the city’s Economic Development Plan, which was last updated in 2007.
