What to Expect From Tonight's City Council Meeting

Council to discuss waiving fees for Bay Photo to move to Scotts Valley.

On Wednesday night, the Scotts Valley City Council will meet at 6 p.m. in the Council Chambers, One Civic Center Dr.

  • The council will consider waiving impact fees and setting a three-year payment plan for planning/building fees for Bay Photo. The company is in escrow to purchase the Seagate property on Disc Drive. Bay Photo has approximately 200 employees and would use the property for office space, storage, warehousing, shipping and receiving.
  • The council will hold a public hearing to consider a planning commission recommendation of approval for an amendment to The Meadow at Falcon Ridge planned development on Green Hills Road to allow for subdivision entrance gates for vehicles.
