Buying And Selling a Small Business In Santa Cruz County

Santa Cruz County SCORE is offering a workshop to teach both sides of the same coin. Buyers will learn how to evaluate yourself, how to select an acquisition team, how to assess funding sources, and much more. Sellers will learn when to begin the process, what are your objectives, how to prepare for the sale, and more. Both buyers and sellers will learn how to assess the value of The Business, complete an exercise in buisness valuation, learn about key financial schedules, and several other important concepts.

Target audience are those businesses with a value of $50,000 or less.

Rex Walters of Coast Business Brokerage of Santa Cruz will be the presenter.
