This group workshop is designed to offer caring support and strategies for staying on track during the 21 day liver cleanse.This program includes guidelines to follow throughout the cleanse, a detox guide, food diary, shopping list, recipe ideas, all products for the cleanse, pre and post measurements, toxicity and system survey form questionnaires, and 4 weekly group meetings. At the end a postpurification program is discussed to help keep you on track. Heavy metal detoxification is a great follow up to the liver cleanse, if it is necessary and will be addressed during the workshops.
