Tri-Fit Workout

Tri-Fit Workouts and Boot Camps are three part classes designed by Nicole that include 1 part cardio, 1 part strength and 1 part core training along with flexibility training. This total body workout will challenge you throughout the entire 60 minutes. Boot camps and Tri Fit are performed inside and outside. We meet 5 days a week at 10am and 5:30pm and on Saturday mornings at 10am
