City of Scotts Valley Finance Department

The city's finance department is located at City Hall and is under the direction of Finance Director and City Manager Stephen Ando. The department oversees the city's financial records and assists in the preparation of the city's annual budget. The department is also responsible for processing accounts payable and payroll checks, collecting and investing city revenues, and preparing the city's Annual Financial Report.
