City of Scotts Valley Wastewater Reclamation Facilities

The Scotts Valley Water Reclamation Facility is a state-of-the-art facility owned and operated by the city to provide wastewater treatment services and high-quality recycled water to residents. Originally constructed in 1964 to treat 30,000 gallons a day, the plant now has the capacity to treat 1.5 million gallons a day. The facilitly supplies recycled water to irrigate landscapes at local parks, schools residences and businesses.
