Police Blotter: Road Rage, Possession, Disorderly Conduct
The following arrest information was supplied by the Scotts Valley Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.
On Oct. 31 at 6:40 a.m. on El Pueblo Road and Scotts Valley Drive—Two people were involved in a verbal altercation after a road rage incident. One person punched the other person’s window and sliced his left front tire with a knife.
On Nov. 1 at 2:17 a.m. on Scotts Valley Drive—A 21-year-old intoxicated man struck two other men after instigating an argument over sexual orientation. He was arrested and booked into county jail.
On Nov. 1 at 11:13 p.m. on Scotts Valley Drive—An adult male and female were arrested for public intoxication.

On Nov. 3 at 7:25 p.m. on Blue Bonnet Lane—An unknown person set up a Facebook account using another person’s personal information. Facebook informed the victim that a police case number was required to remove the account.
On Nov. 4 at 12:51 a.m. on Mt. Hermon Road and Glen Canyon Road—Officers stopped a vehicle for having no license plate light and a modified exhaust. The passenger displayed signs of narcotics use and was evaluated. The driver was not under the influence. A search produced prescription medication without a prescription. The driver was cited and released and the passenger was arrested.
