Noah Holt from Watsonville was arrested in Scotts Valley Wed.

A 21-year-old Watsonville man was arrested in Scotts Valley Wednesday morning following a police investigation into multiple reports of
indecent exposure, according to a police sergeant.

Police arrested Noah Holt at 9 a.m. on suspicion of indecent exposure, sexual battery, harassing or annoying a minor and possession of obscene material involving children, according to Scotts Valley police Sgt. Mike Dean.

A joint investigation conducted by the Scotts Valley Police Department and the Santa Cruz County Sheriff's Office into reports of indecent exposure in Scotts Valley and across Santa Cruz County led to Holt's arrest, Dean said.

We live off of Scotts Valley Drive. There is a person that drives up and down Scotts Valley DriveRead More quite often. He has a dog that rides in the back of his pickup truck. The dog barks as he is riding and sounds like he is just in heaven going for those rides. We want to tip our hat to this man for being such a good dog parent. We look forward to hearing those barks of excitement for many moons to come. Right on sir! And keep on being the good parent you are.
