Police Blotter: Disorderly Conduct, DUI, Vandalism

The following arrest information was supplied by the Scotts Valley Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

On Feb. 22 at 5:19 p.m. on Kings Village Road–Officers contacted a man who had a shopping cart in front of the library with luggage in it. Records revealed that he had a warrant for his arrest.

On Feb. 24 at 12:05 p.m. on Mt. Hermon Road–A driver was stopped for expired registration and was found to have two suspensions on his license. He was issued a misdemeanor citation and released at the scene.

Between Feb. 22 at 8:30 p.m. and Feb. 24 at 3:15 p.m. on Whispering Pines Drive–An unknown person broke the front driver’s side window of a vehicle while it was parked on the street in front of the owner’s residence.

On Feb. 26 at 1:17 a.m. on Scotts Valley Drive and Zinfandel Court–A person was seen staggering on the sidewalk. Officers contacted him and found him to show signs of intoxication. He also had a 1.75 liter bottle of vodka concealed in his jacket. He was arrested and booked into county jail.

On Feb. 26 at 2:11 a.m. on Granite Creek Road–A vehicle was stopped for expired registration. The driver exhibited signs of intoxication. The driver failed the field sobriety test and was arrested.

On Feb. 26 at 2:55 p.m. on Mt. Hermon Road–Officers stopped a vehicle for speeding. A records check of the driver revealed that he was unlicensed. He was cited and released at the scene. The vehicle was towed.
