Police Blotter: Theft, Disorderly Conduct, Warrant

The following arrest information was supplied by the Scotts Valley Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

On Nov. 28 at 3:45 p.m. on Mt. Hermon Road–An unknown person attempted to ship a large amount of marijuana to a New York address. The package was intercepted and taken as evidence.

On Nov. 29 at 10:29 p.m. on Highway 17 and Santa’s  Village Road–A driver who was stopped for false tags was found to have a suspended license and two warrants out of different counties. The driver was arrested and released with misdemeanor citations and the vehicle was impounded for 30 days.

On Nov. 29 at 5 p.m. on Scotts Valley Drive–An unknown person stole a trailer that was left in a parking lot.

On Nov. 1 at 1:43 a.m. on Disc Drive and Scotts Valley Drive–A man was contacted by police after being observed standing in the roadway and chasing after a vehicle. It was determined that the man was intoxicated and unable to care for himself. He was taken into custody.

On Dec. 4 at 1:15 p.m. on Mt. Hermon Road–An unknown person stole a bicycle that was locked to a pole.
