Police Blotter: Vandalism, Burglary, Indecent Exposure

The following arrest information was supplied by the Scotts Valley Police Department. It does not indicate a conviction.

On July 5 at 2:46 a.m. on Flora Lane–Officers responded to a physical fight.

On July 5 at 9:30 p.m. on Santa’s Village Road–A vehicle was stopped for the passenger not wearing his seatbelt. The passenger had an own recognizance warrant and was cited for both violations.

On July 6 at 9:25 a.m. on Terrace View Drive–A man was found to be too intoxicated with alcohol and unable to exercise care for his own safety. He was arrested and booked into county jail.

On July 8 between 7 p.m. and 10:17 a.m. on Bean Creek Road–An unknown person stole a motorcycle that was locked with a chain in the front yard of a person’s residence.

On July 10 at 3 p.m. on Whispering Pines Drive–A man reported that an unknown person entered his residence and stole a laptop.

On July 10 at 10:15 a.m. on Mt. Hermon Road–A person was arrested for vandalism after attempting to remove items from his past due storage container. During the process, the person damaged a fence causing approximately $250 worth of damage.

On July 10 at 1:49 p.m. on Kings Village Road–A man exposed his genitals to a person while at the Scotts Valley Skate Park. The man, who also was in violation of probation terms, was arrested and booked into county jail.
