  • Current Vice-Mayor Donna Lind will be sworn in as the city’s new mayor ahead of the meeting. A vice-mayor will also be sworn in.
  • The council will discuss passing an ordinance that would establish minimum standards for e-waste recycling, requiring anyone wishing to hold an e-waste recycling event within the city limits to be certified.
  • The council will discuss continuing a rebate program for installing water efficient fixtures, such as low-flush toilets and side-loading washing machines, in homes in the city. The city’s rebate program began in 2007 and is similar and secondary to a program offered by the Scotts Valley Water District.
