Interested in purchasing a new home in Scotts Valley?
The Town Center Collection will host a tour of its 46 new homes from noon to 1 p.m. on Wednesday.
At 12:30 p.m., the Scotts Valley Chamber of Commerce will hold a ribbon cutting for the homes, which offer three- and four-bedroom floor plans. All are solar powered with private patios and pre-wired for electric cars.
Centrally located at 237 Blue Bonnet Lane, the townhouses around $400,000 and range in size from 1,823 to 1,951 square feet.
