My husband... bicycle frame designer, Neal Saiki, came in to borrow a bicycle tool to use for a minute while in the shop was treated unfriendly and told no. When I called to complain, they said he could come in and use the tool, but he would be charged. What a bunch of morons. You guys really stink now. I will not walk in there ever again. Customer service is everything.
