33rd Annual Greek Food & Cultural Festival This Greek street event has won awards for it’s traditional folk dancing, entertainment, marketplace, Greek foods, spirits, jewelry, pottery, clothing and so much more. Berry Creek Falls Hike Take off from Big Basin State Park Headquarters in Boulder Creek on Sunday for a full day of banana slugs, deer, coyote, fox, many species of birds, and of course a 65 ft. water fall that’s worth hiking 11 miles to see in the course of this seven-hour hike. There’s even a metro bus that leaves from downtown Santa Cruz and will get you to park headquarters and back for $2 each way. Pack a lunch, plenty of water and wear layers.
